Math Games 101
For students graduating 1st-2nd grade in 11-’12 school year

This class is all about games, games, and more games! And not just any games….these games are designed to challenge you and get you to think creatively and flexibly. Math Games 101 will help keep your math skills sharp this summer as you work your way through various puzzles and cover various mathematical ideas and concepts.
Prerequisites for Math Games 101: Students should have a solid foundation in addition, subtraction, understand the concept of carrying and borrowing, facts up to 18, basic measurent, counting coins up to a dollar, basic fractions, and be able to work well with others.
Curriculum varies each year.
